Classes are led by Spazio Harmónico’s resident teachers, each specialising in different approaches to Yoga. Our team speaks several languages, and each practice has its own schedule, pricing options and teacher, allowing you to find the approach that best suits your needs.

Hatha Yoga
Hatha Yoga is the root, the fertile ground and the foundation from which many modern forms of practice have emerged.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Vinyasa Yoga is a fluid and dynamic style of practice in which postures are linked through movement and breath, creating a continuous flow.

Ashtanga Mysore Yoga
Mysore-style Ashtanga Yoga is an individual practice within a group setting. Each student follows a fixed sequence of postures, progressing gradually as their practice develops.

Jivamukti Yoga
A dynamic Hatha-Vinyasa practice accompanied by powerful and eclectic music, integrating body, mind and spirit. In Jivamukti, each class is built around a central theme that guides the practice, breath, mantras and intention.
